The Paragon is a 370 unit mixed use residential community designed to support Cedar Park’s continued population and economic growth. Positioned along a major north south corridor with traffic counts exceeding 45,000 vehicles per day, the development is intended to provide high quality housing within a walkable urban environment that aligns with the Bell District’s long term redevelopment vision.
Planned as a multi story residential structure with integrated commercial space, the project includes approximately 583,530 square feet of gross buildable area with an average residential unit size of over 800 square feet. In addition to residential units, the development will feature nearly 60,000 square feet of retail space designed to activate the streetscape and create a connected mixed use environment.
Community amenities are expected to include a resident dog park, clubhouse, private pool, outdoor kitchen areas, fitness center, and shared lounge spaces. These elements are designed to enhance resident experience while contributing to the broader live work play character envisioned for the Bell District redevelopment area in downtown Cedar Park
The Paragon reflects iLand Development Group’s role in advancing large scale residential developments in emerging Austin submarkets.
